Another huge success for young Manca
Switzerland was the setting for Manca Nota’s latest racing success. The young slovenian attended the Naish SUP Race tour stop in Eglisau as well as another race in Luzern. Saturday was the day for the 8km long distance race. She had an easy paddle down the river Rhein for 4km before turning around paddling with ease on her Javelin MC-14 upstream for another 4km taking top podium in the women’s division. Right after this race location was changed to Luzern for another short 2.5km race in Luzern. Manca says:” Luzern is one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland I have ever seen. The lake there is fantastic for paddling.
80 paddlers attended this distance. With a tips and advice from local naish distributor Karl Mueller, Manca know she had to paddle with an extreme high frequency on her javelin MC-14 using her 9.0 Kaholo paddle. Manca paddled the 2.5km with ease, after a really good beach start and finished first in the women’s division with just 4 men finishing ahead of her. Outstanding performance – congratulations Manca.
“I’m super stoked! I had a great time in Switzerland and thanks again to the Naish Switzerland team to making my trip even better.”, said Manca.
