Thank you for your interest in joining our Professional Program. This program is reserved for qualified Industry Professionals and Outdoor/Action Sports Industry Partners. Membership is by application, is not guaranteed, and can be revoked at any time.

NAISH PRO PROGRAM RULES

1. Your pro account is only for you and meant to outfit only you for the work that you do. Purchasing gear for friends or family members on your pro account will result in immediate cancellation of your membership.
2. Please do not purchase gifts or buy gear for others. If someone admires your Naish gear, please refer them to our NaishUSA store or Authorized Naish Dealer base.
3. Pro deal pricing is ONLY available through www.naish.com. As a pro member, you cannot purchase, return, or exchange products at any of our Authorized Naish Dealers. Asking for pro deal pricing from any of our dealers will result in immediate cancellation of your membership.
4. Pro deal pricing is subject to inventory availability.
5. All sales made through our Pro Program are final. No exchanges or returns.
6. Membership in this program should be considered a PRIVILEGE and never a right or entitlement; this is a partnership of mutual respect.
7. All Naish Pro Members must opt-in to receive Naish USA pro email newsletter to remain up-to-date with product information and program offers.

NAISH PRO WARRANTY

• All Naish products are covered by our Naish warranty policy.
• It is understood that pro members use products in harsher climates, more often, and are much more demanding of our gear. This means that damage due to wear and tear will happen at an accelerated rate.
• Therefore, we reserve the right to deem applicable damages as normal wear and tear, and will contact you about repair or replacement possibilities.
