Manca Notar Races Her Naish Javelin 12’6’’ LE To 3rd Place In A Fleet Of 14’0” Boards
The Lost Mills Race, otherwise knows as the largest SUP race in Europe, just wrapped up on June 21st in Germany. With top-notch paddlers gathering from around the world, Team Naish joined in on the festivities to take the competition to the next level with their SUP skills.
Naish’s Manca Notar stepped up the competition during the “Fastest Paddler on Earth” 200m race as she put the pedal to the metal on her Naish Javelin 12’6” LE board to round out the podium in 3rd Place (1:00:90), leaving little room for the other 14’0” boards to sneak by! The women’s race was so close that Manca was just tenths of a second away from 2nd place and a short one second from 1st place. A close race indeed!
During the 18 km Distance Race, Manca and her Javelin 12’6” LE board stayed right in line with the other top women and their 14’0” boards throughout the event, finishing in an impressive 4th place with a time of 1:55:50. Amazing job taking out the competition on a 12’6”!
Big ups to Naish Viking Casper Steinfath for his 6th place finish in the 200m sprints with only decimals separating the Top 10 and Naish Germany’s Noelani Sach for her 5th place finish (1:05:00)!
