Frequently Asked questions
How should I care for my Inflatable Naish SUP?
Our double-walled boards are some of the stiffest on the market and therefore don’t need inflating past the recommended amount.
When not in use, we recommend storing your inflatable SUP in a cool and dry location safe from the elements. If storing for a few hours, we suggest partially deflating it and bringing it under the shade and out of the sun. Direct sunlight will expand the volume of the air in the board, causing it to pop.

How do I insert the fin into my SUP?
Inserting the fin into a US box can be tricky if it’s your first time. Make sure you have your fin tab & screw on hand. If you need to order a new fin tab & screw, we have them available here.
Check out this video by SUPboarder which explains the process.
Note: For some inflatable boards, the fin will be a snug fit the first few times. Feel free to use a little bit of force to get the fin in the box.
I need fins for my Naish SUP board. Where is the best place to get them?
Majority of our board use the US box or FCS box. You can check out our fin selection here.
For older Naish soft tops boards with screw in fins, you can find replacement fins here.
I need help with an inflatable SUP repair. Any recommendations?
Naish sells patch kits which can repair smaller holes and tears.
For glue, use a glue that is designed for PVC material. NRS offers a guide to PVC boat adhesives.
For larger repair issues such as blown seams, we suggest taking it to a professional shop that specializes in PVC material. Below are a few options:
Naish Recommended: Sealed Air Repair in Orlando, FL (they offer mail-in service if you don't live in the Orlando area)
The NRS website offers a comprehensive list of boat repair shops in the US.
How long do I have to wait to receive my composite SUP board?
Because our composite boards are too large to ship UPS or FedEx, we contract with several different freight companies around the US to get your Naish boards to you. We insure all our boards for transportation.
For more information on freight board shipping including transit times, please refer to our Board Shipments page.
Please note that all hardboard shipped freight and inflatable SUP sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
