On Saturday, July 12, 2014, Stop #3 of the Killerfish German SUP Challenge took place in beautiful Kühlungsborn/Baltic Sea.
With plenty of waves, a little bit of wind and a fun 4-buoy-course it was an exciting Technical Beach Race as Naish Germany’s Noelani Sach lead the women´s fleet from the start. Gaining a larger margin throughout the race, especially on the downwind leg and the last leg, Noelani rode a nice wave on her Naish Javelin LE 12’6” X24 straight into the finish and claimed her 1st place spot on the podium for the Women’s Division.
Big ups to Naish Germany’s (and Noelani’s father) Frithjof Sach for his 5th place finish after a solid performance on his Javelin LE 12’6” X24.
The final stop of the Killerfish German SUP Challenge will take place on September 6, 2014 in Pelzerhaken – best of luck Noelani & Frithjof!
